UPLOAD & REDACT
OcuShare’s image transfer is a secure and reliable system that allows medical images to be uploaded easily from any device behind hospital firewalls. All metadata is redacted using our proprietary AI solution. Any unfamiliar terms are presented to the user to clarify if it contains PHI. You can approve the redactions yourself, or allow us to redact, using our experienced in-house staff to ensure complete PHI redaction. Images can be shared rapidly between study coordinators, physicians, sponsors, and data safety monitors.
SHARING & VIEWING
After redaction, our proprietary software allows sharing your images with anyone you choose. Images can be viewed on any browser enabled device, or smartphones or tablets, within minutes of uploading. Our software allows for interpretations from any chosen imaging specialist, anywhere in the world.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & STORAGE
You will have real time insight into the progress of each trial with "dashboards" for easy data analysis. We provide one-on-one interaction and consulting on the critical uses of imaging in your trials, and can train all database users and clinical trial support staff in the imaging components of the trial. We also implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the images, and implement geo-redundant storage for loss prevention. All reporting for research trial imaging data, new product launch approval, and training assistance is stored in a secure online database that can be accessed by your team 24/7. Ocushare’s automated emails keep you informed of new uploads, screening subject approvals, as well as other information vital and customized to your needs.
